I am 18 years old living in oregon and have my medical marijuana card. I'm moving to california in the fall to go to college but I won't be on official resident. Can I use my Oregon card to go to dispensaries?

No you can't! Stay in Oregon we have enough pot heads in California already.
Answer 2 :
you must follow the state rules in which you are staying. so, no you cannot use your Oregon card.
