can i transfer from a community college in Guam to a university in California

can i transfer from a community college in Guam to a university in California?
I'm thinking about going to Guam, a U.S. territory, and going to a community college there. I'm worried about transferring though. Can i use the credits I gain in Guam towards transferring to UCLA or CalState Fullerton, much like transferring from a California Community College? I'm not really sure but I'm thinking that I won't be able to transfer from Guam.

Answer 1 :
In theory you can, if the college in Guam is accredited by one of the six regional accrediting associations on the mainland. However, the UC and CSU systems give preference to graduates of California community colleges and by the time you are ready to transfer, they may not be accepting any out-of-state transfer students due to their budgetary situation.
Answer 2 :
Your best bet is to call up the admissions office at the four year schools you are thinking of and ask. Before you sign up for a class at any CC, even in the US, you need to make sure the credit will transfer over
