My girlfriend is having a lot of trouble looking for a Dance College in California that she could go. She didn't go to college right the way after high school because she didn't have good grades. Now she has decided to major in dance but she doesn't have what it takes to go to any UC or CSU, and she doesn't want to spend years in community college to transfer since she has wasted enough time already. Are there any college that don't really look at your grade and offers a decent bachelors in dance?

all colleges require an official copy of your schools transcripts. her grades will always follow her. unless you say that you never attended any college,....therefore she will have no transcripts.... she could write about why she bombed out and how she realized the importance of higher education and is now dedicated to learning....... all college look at your grades. as far as degree in dance, search reference material "the guide to american university" of similar title. it lists all schools in the US with a cross reference by program of study. wish her luck.
