Could I get In-state tuition if I graduated from high school and applied for college in California?
Graduated from a HOME SCHOOL program based in California but I live in Washington. I'm thinking of applying to a California College. Does it apply to me?

I believe the requirement to be eligible for in state tuition depends on your residence of register. If your legal residence is in a state other than that of California then I am under the impression you would be charged the non-resident tuition. I believe you have to been a legal residence of the state for six months in order to qualify for the resident tuition. Is it possible for you to claim a resident address in the state? Do you have relatives who live in the state that could live with to satisfy the residence requirement? There is quite a difference between the two tuitions so if there is any way you can figure to get the instate tuition you could save yourself quite a bit of money.
